1973 preamp

Buckie Posted 2019-03-01 4:37 PM (#547187) Subject: 1973 preamp Joined: February 2019 Posts: 8 Going to try and post some pictures of a 1973 1617-1 I'm working on. Anyone familiar with these? The pot. is terribly scratchy and looks like a real mess to replace. Ordered some spray cleaner to try first and see how that goes. Tring to get everything in working order and a lot of cleaning. I've even disassembled the tuners and cleaned and lubricated. The gold plating back then really holds up.
