Location: Steeler Nation, Hudson Valley Contingent | So I have to get started on this now. At present, I am only working my regualr job. Come the fall, I will be teaching at more than one campus, so my time will very limited. So I am asking for help again. Every year you folks have come through and I can't thank you all enough. I need as many photos as you can send; the higher the definition, the better. There is a link below to a drop box. That way you don't need to worry about maxing out your email size limits. Be sure to let me know EXACTLY what model and any details you think may be relevant. My email address is the same as the dropbox-name-below @ patchworkmcg.com. Thanks in advance everybody! Location: Steeler Nation, Hudson Valley Contingent | Well..... This project is starting off with a substantial digital glitch. The Dropbox account I've used for several years is no longer functioning properly. I had to submit a help ticket to retrieve the photo DBA submitted....took two days. (That's one heck of a matched set though DBA!) It is actually OK I guess, as I had similar troubles last year and have been thinking about replacing the old method anyway. This glitch just forced my hand. SO.......... I have set up a Google drop box tied directly to the email I set up for the calendar projects. So please ignore the link in the original post going forward and use the one below instead. It will open your browser to a Google Dropbox page like this: If you would be so kind, please put your OFC username and the model of your instrument in the "name" box. For example, one from me might look something like; "Patch 6774 Folklore". (Among other things. ) Then browse for your file and click upload. I know it means you have to upload your pictures one at a time, but this new file's capacity is substantially more robust than the older one was. And it is much easier for me to access and maintain since I use Google drive WAY more than I ever used Dropbox. Thanks for understanding everyone. And get me more pictures. Here is the new link: OFC-Calendar Submissions (revised link) |

Location: Gardnerville, NV | Thanks, all iPhone photos, so they're nothing spectacular. The guitars are, however. I sent you four more photos via the link. Hope they can help. I just had them sitting on my iPhone. I don' t think I have any others without breaking out both guitars and going to town with a camera. |

But let's get some photos here, folks.

Idea for a future calendar: photos of guitar heroes playing Ovations: Glen Campbell, DiMeola, Kaki, Mellissa, Nancy Wilson, Dave Gilmour, any former Beatle, etc. |

Location: Steeler Nation, Hudson Valley Contingent | Sorry for dropping out of sight everyone. I've been busier than I've been in a long time, which is saying something. I rarely get to go online anymore as I am in my car a great deal. Long story short, I got calls from two colleges near the last minute asking me to pick up courses. As someone who can always use the money, I was in no position to say "no". Hence since Septmber, I have been teaching 10 sections between four campuses in addition to my real job. Despite that, and thanks to a more minimalist approach to layout, the calendar is nearly ready for its first proofing. So start deciding how many you want for Christmas. |
