I'm new. Happy Fourth of July too...
I own an old CC68.
Someone might trade me another Ovation this weekend. But they call it a 1617 Legend circa 1981 and I don't think it is. Can anyone help me identify this guitar from these two admittedly limited photos.

most obviously, the guitar pictured doesn't have a 5 piece neck. |
