Location: Earth·SolarSystem·LocalInterstellarCloud·Local Bub | I caught the premier of this series on HBO which, chronicles the daily lives of a Kiwi folk duo, trying to "make it" in New York. May not appeal to everyone but, I thought it was hilarious... and clever.
While trying to hook-up with a woman at a party, a lead character sings, sincerely (the songs "narrate" the storyline) :
". . . . You're so beautiful, you could be a part-time model, but, you'd probably need to keep your day-job . . . " |
