From a 'user review' of the Elite T series on Harmony Central:

"Ovations last a long time, even the cheap ones. I'm not worried about it. I use to work in a music store and this guy brought one in for repair. He had used it for a campfire punch bowl. It stunk of cheap booze and smoke. We sent it back to Ovation and low and behold it came back playable and airomatically acceptable. True story"

The reviewer must have very very good taste to use an Elite T for a campfire punch bowl.

I'm sorry, that's just plain stupid.. even for drunken campers. If you're desperate enough to use a guitar for a punch bowl, you should be desperate enough to just drink it straight from the bottle, and man enough not to water it down.

cwk..Depends on what was in the punch.

Lanaki...too many carb holes to cover for bongability.
