Location: Buffalo,NY | Garey Bowen. I spoke with him yesterday and he was in tears that people who didn't know him reached out to help him.He sends a greatful thank you to all of you.
In all we gave him $420. I'm happy we could do that.
Now there are clear rules against solicitting on this board and I will certainly abide by them as I am a guest here, just like every one else.
I know my actions tended to upset many here and to you I offer my most sincere apologies. I meant no harm.
I have been welcomed by almost every one here with open arms and for that I am greatful. There is nothing like the comraderie, even at long distance, of loving the same guitars and sharing our collective experiences; so I'm looking forward to more of that here.
Unfortunately my schedule doesn't permit me to attend the Factory tour and open House but I hope to attend one in the future. For those fortunate enough to attend, please send back numerous reports to those of us who will have to live vicariously through your attendance.
Best regards,
Tom |

Location: Up North | Maybe I'll meet you at next year's factory tour Doc. I'm already clearing my "schedule" so I'll be able to make the trip (maybe by dogsled?) Maybe Alaskan Fly Guy can pick me up on the way (I'd be right in his flight path, and about half way there!) |

Location: Up North | Lanaki, the only way you'd be on the way is if we were doing a round-the-world tour! We might as well pick up Aloha Tim, muzza, ozwatto, Povation and then Kid-School on the way.
Appologies for anyone I flew over and forgot to pick up. |

Appologies for anyone I flew over and forgot to pick up. well...tim will be in virginia then and i guess it would depend on the seat and fuel capacity to pick up all us pacific rim guys. karl would be the real out-of-the-way guy. shoots, let's just bring the tour to hawaii next year. many of the members already have native wear. |
