And you assume the correct answer is even in the poll ...
And you assume there is anything in the box at all ...
Geez, you hardly make this a challange.

Location: SoCal | What was in the box?? Drumroll please.......................
Dave sent us out a special guitar to enjoy, but we weren't to open it until everybody was at the party. Stonebobbo finally got there a little after 8 and we pulled the guitar case out of the box and found...
Then when we opened it up, we discovered that Dave had very generously sent out his......................................................
Academy guitar. What, no #47 of #47? No Martins? No slothead wide neck CL? Nope, his Academy guitar. Which when we played it, sounded absolutely freakin' wonderful (bidding gonna go up on the next one that comes up on the 'bay).
Since Dave wasn't here and we wanted to commemorate the occassion, we found some magic markers and got busy....
Here are a couple of closeups..
So we put all this on Dave's guitar and then realized that it was with magic markers that could be erased. We'll with all the beer and wine, we realized that that would never do, so I went out to the garage and found a spray on preservative and we make certain that Dave will never be able to sell this guitar (or show it in public)!
Did anybody take pics of us spraying it? |
