Location: Cincinnati, OH | I have a custom ordered 1982 Custom Legend Model 1129 acoustic. The non-standard features are: artist depth bowl, Kaman K-bar neck and headstock, Barnboard finish (gray to black 'burst), chrome tuners, ebony bridge.
I have more pics in the OFC photo gallery.
I am curious to find out if any other custom order has a handwritten model number like mine does on the bowl label or any other designation.
If anyone is interested in giving this a new home, please contact me off-list.

I've had today some pics of a custom order from a German fan.
A Country Artist with a Custom Legend top.
Or maybe a Custom Legend with a Country Artist neck??? :D
By anyway, it's a very nice and unique Ovation.

Basically an old-style Folklore with Custom Legend trim. Deepbowl cutaway, 12-fret wide-neck slot-head.
Handmade bone saddle on the pickup, Op50 plus direct output Telex condenser microphone in the bridge.
**NICE**

It seems that is a well kept secret, for multiple times I've seen this question asked, but never an answer. |

Public discussion of pricing issues (where FactoryWork is concerned) is something we try to refrain from . . . |
