Hi all,

Wonder if anyone can throw any light on this? I've a CC44S-5 electroacoustic which isn't being very electro at the moment. If I plug it into an amp, there is no signal unless I press the Tuner button, then there's plenty but after less than a minute, the signal stops again. It doesn't seem to be a battery issue as I've tried several and I get full sound every time I press the Tuner button... but only for a few seconds!

Any info on this would be appreciated (even if I'm gently directed to a big 'On' switch I hadn't previously noticed).

Answered my own question... I noticed I was using a stereo jack; replaced with a mono jack and lovely sound ensued. Still don't know why pressing the tuner button worked but maybe some battery saver process was kicking in when one stereo half was dead?
