Tough to do good inlay work on a board that's already fretted, so you should plan on a refret job as well. Wild ass guess, maybe $350?
Yes you could do it yourself with a precision router and the proper potting and leveling tools. But I would practice on more than a few sample boards before I attempted my own already built guitar. And you'd also have to be able to do the refret job which probably takes more skill than the inlays. You may be up to it, but no me.
