| Even as you read this a U681T-5 wings its way across the Atlantic heading for a new home in the Olde Worlde..........
How did you guys let it slip away? You must learn to look after your National Treasures.
It never even saw its first Thanksgiving. |

| Sharing is exactly right. Bongo Boy is lending her to me to speed my recovery. I have tried my utmost to explain the risks he's running here, but he refuses to take them seriously. He seems to think everybody is as honest as he is......
He'll learn. |

I didn't know that Bongo Boy was sending it to you... the "OFC Angel Network" strikes again! |

You know, The OFC Angel Network has been really busy of late. Just a few months ago I wound up not having a gguitar to play and along come Cliff who loans me his Ultra Deluxe 12 String. It was great to have a guitar to play again. Schroeder benifits next, and with eveything he's been through, he certainly deserves it.
It's things like this that really make me proud to be a part of the OFC. |

Obviously its also the way to find out they are untrustworthy. He he he....
The journey seems really dangerous to me, but not as dangerous as the thought that I might not want to send it back.
I won't hurt it, although obviously with me already having a Custom Legend in black, I shall probably need to spray the Ute a brighter colour to avoid confusion. I was thinking Double-decker red. Man does that paint last a long time, and it is so cheap.
This is seriously exciting for me - this will be my first Adamas, first multi-hole and first deep bowl guitar that I shall really be able to spend time with. Other than strumming for a few minutes at a Guitar show I've never had an opportunity like this.
I'm trying to work out how to explain to SWMBO that I need to take it to France so that Jerome can play it while it's over here. I've got a while to work on that one.
I'm beginning to believe in the OFC Angel. |
