Nice...I have to remember that site! I watched Sheryl Crow also. This is also a good place to lift some guitar chords.

Bonnie is pretty good. Her longevity is a testimony to her talent and musical taste. She comes from a musical family. Her dad was a hugh Broadway star and had a very long career also. He was the original "Curly" in the musical Oklahoma, and also played "Billy Bigalow", in the original production of Carousel on Broadway. I was fortunate enough to see him perform in a production of Carousel back in '66. He could still cut it, even wearing that girdle. Cheers

"Somethin' to Talk About" is one of my all time favorites. Perfect blend of voice, guitar, and attitude.

I also saw her dad in a musical at Hancher Auditorium in Iowa City, Iowa in 1975 or 76. Great booming voice.

Poor guy got ripped off when the movie moguls gave Gordon McRae the parts Raitt made famous. His daughter is a top notch bluesperson.

I saw her in Cleveland at the Palace Theatre on October 12th. An excellent show! She can wail. She has a very talented band as well. Hard to believe she's been recording since 1971.
