Mono electronics put all 6 strings on one output and they come out of both left and right channels. The stereo electronics split the signal so that strings 1,3,and 5 come out one channel (ie left) and strings 2,4,and 6 come out the other channel. I have one guitar with those electronics and the effect is pretty cool.

I kind of knew about that , but how can the one in the ad have both?

Any way of checking which I have on my Pacemaker(as I don't have stereo lead or amp)?
