Once again, I’d like to express my deep appreciation to Kim Keller and all of the service people at Ovation.
I just received my 1115-4 Pacemaker back from the hospital and it is absolutely fantastic! A new neck, rosette, bridge, a couple of cracks fixed, with an OP-50 to boot, and I’m in heaven.
For being a 30-year-old guitar, it looks pretty dang good. More importantly, it plays and sounds WONDERFUL!
The artists at Ovation appear to just need a little DNA to breath new life into your tired, beloved veteran.
Another life is saved…

Great job folks!

One very satisfied customer,
Dale :D

Phenomenal, ain't they?! When you figure in the "extension of life" and your increased endorphins from playing a fine instrument; it turns out dirt-cheap!!

I ditto those comments. Kim has fixed two Os of mine and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Hi All,

I second what everyone else has said. That is another reason I buy quality built Ovations. Already mentioned in another string but they fixed my old cherry red 1970 Tornado hollow body electric bought brand new by me which I took to the factory in 1990. I could not have been more elated. What I got back was a brand new guitar with superb quality work they had done and in less time than promised. It cost me nothing when they could have charged me a lot. When other companies are just now getting into improved process improvement and customer satisfaction the folks at The Big O Factory have been doing it for almost 40 years!!! Play On!

I have to pop in here. I sent my 2002 off to Kim Keller for a setup & to fix a sticky pre-amp. It arrived in New Hartford last Friday. Kim called me yesterday & said he'd looked at it on Monday & told me what they were doing to it (level the frets, work over the nut, re-string, set the action as I had requested & adjust the pre-amp mount). Today I got an email from Kim saying it was shipped today & I should have it next Wednesday! Now *THAT* is service! WOW! I was fully prepared to wait a month for it to get into the shop!
Can't wait to try it out!
