I just happened to ask about that. The foreign made Ovations are a Kaman Music Issue. USA made Ovations are a Ovation {New Hartford ] Issue just incase anyone is wondering. It may seem unfare but not really. The people in New Hartford stand by they`re product,.. But cant guarantee overseas products.

If I can find or come up with a straight forward route to Kaman music for guitar repairs I will post it. This seems to be a serious issue. These are Ovations we are talking about no matter where they are made.

as I understand it the seller is responsible for the warranty issues unless it has some sort of defect then it is sent back and replaced.
