In that case it's a definately a Korean Ultra, mid '80s or later. The serial number sequence on the imports doesn't correspond to the published USA numbers. Actually after a closer look the fingerboard inlay pattern, positon of the dots covering the bridge bolts, and headstock shape are the giveaways. It's not a USA guitar.
