If you ever wanted to jump into a Takamine you might as well start at the top. The best of the best. This is my pride and joy TNV760SC which is just not getting enough use these days. This is top of the line Takamine with all the bells and whistles
- OM size with cutaway
- Solid Bearclaw Spruce Top
- Solid East Indian Rosewood Back and Sides
- Ebony fingerboard
- Mahogany gloss neck with 1-3/4 nut
- Abalone body binding and rosette
- Inlaid abalone logo on headstock
- Cooltube CTP2 preamp
The bearclaw on this top is just amazing, unlike anything I've ever seen. Setup is perfect and it plays like a dream. Sound is pure Takamine charm. I just swapped the tuners out to brand new gold Grover rotomatics.
I bought this one used about 4 years ago (has "used" stamp on back of headstock) and it has been kept in absolute pristine condition. No visible signs of wear and everything is perfect, no dings, nicks, marks, ... nada. Setup is perfect, no fret wear, electronics work perfectly, and the intonation is dead on. Comes with a BRAND NEW factory fresh Takamine hardshell case.
You won't find a better deal. List price new is $3599.
Yours for $1500. + S/H in the continental USA.

The cooltube preamp is probably the best acoustic preamp available today. |

Location: 6 String Ranch | If I didn't have one of these already I'd get this one. That top is really nice, and I've played this guitar in person, sounds and plays great.
