Pinnacles were a short-lived Japanese venture. The guitars were based on the Balladeer but used one-piece Nato wood necks, rosewood fret boards and bridges, polyester fret markers, lower end Schallers (hmm, shades of another thread). While most have solid spruce tops, this particular one looks like flame or tiger maple laminate.
