Location: Keepin' It Weird in Portland, OR | I did it again. I took the 2058T outta the case and took photos of it.
I never play this guitar. It just sits in it's case.
So the logical thing to do would be to sell it.
So I take it outta the case and lay it on the bed to try to take photos like Damon. :p
So I check the tuning... It's gotta be crap, the strings are over a year-old!
Nope! It is in tune.
So I play it, and I actually sound good!
So why is it that I keep putting it away and let it sit for weeks and months?
So, Do any of y'all stupidly neglect any of your guitars?
Uh, this is Not in the For Sale section cuz I ain't selling it.
I think that I need to take it out on the street corner.
(I probably oughta change the strings one of these days, too  ) |

Location: Caribou, ME | I have guitars that are neglected. The cases are stuffed, wadded, stacked and smooshed in every available corner and to access one takes a coordinated effort... "Here, hold these two cases while I move those other three so I can get to the one in the back".
I wish I had a big enough room where they could all hang or rest in nested holders. Notice I didn't say guitar stands. I have a 14 year old golden retriever with poor eyesight and he plows his way through anything in his path. If his nose doesn't get it, his tail will. |

Can I claim nearest/First dibs if you have a weak moment or want one of my Butcher Shop Specials (R)...
I owned one of those for about an hour, just came in off of ebay, and was reshipped out to North country in a trade we were working.
Just enough time to unpack, tune up and repack. These are the sleeping Giants of the USAS made Ovations.
Anybody got one for sale or trade? |

Location: Upper Left USA | PS, the trick to the "Red Blanket" photos is to bounce the flash off of the ceiling... and about 20 years of photographic tuturing in a Family Business...
I pressured that out of Damon with a few beers. Or were we just talking about beer, whatever. |

The nice thing about 12-strings is that they just sound impressive... Period.
Plus, I plug it into the MicroCube with matching volume... Just enough to spread the sound around.
And I can sound impressive doing something simple like "Lucky Man" or "Knights in White Satin"
Made $10 and a coupla compliments :p
