Location: South of most, North of few | Beautiful to say the least, in tone and looks, 1979 Guild 12 string. Solid mahogany back and sides, spruce top. Real nice burst finish. No dings, dents, scratches. No issues whatsoever.
Now for full disclosure: I bought this guitar knowing that the bridge was just slightly starting to lift. You could fit a piece of paper under the tail end "points" about 1/8". I took it to my luthier (who I am pleased to say is one of the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with.) and he said that it was possible to insert some glue under the edge, but the proper way to repair it is to remove the bridge, sand the area to remove any contaminants such as trapped wax, and reglue it. He said that you wouldn't be able to tell it was ever off when he was done. I opted for the removal, and I am also pleased to say, he was right. There is no visible (without a magnifying glass) indication that the repair was ever done.
So...at this point, the guitar is in as new condition. Fresh restring with Elixir .010's, no fret wear (he said it looked like it hadn't been played much at all) and action is set low. Comes with OHSC, even with the key in the little brown paper envelope. Your chance to own a fine vintage piece of Westerly history in A+ condition. A combination that is very hard to find.
$1325.00 shipped Conn US.
