Noah,
This isn't going to fit into your downsizing plan.

You all know that I have a passion for the EA series.
Robert wrote me back. I misunderstood his post. I thought he was offering it for sale here.
I'll just have to wait until eBay.

They are so thin, you can stack at least 2 of them in the same space as a mid-depth bowl.
All my EA's are staying.

Clever. Too bad it doesn't work against my wife's, "You can only play one guitar at a time" argument.

Bobbo, thank you!
Beautiful, but what a tease. Were there pictures of the rest of the guitar, do I have to wait until eBay to see the whole thing? You guys keeping this one for yourselves... I'll back off. :(

Go for it if you want it Noah ... I haven't decided yet if I need to move up from my plain jane EA68 (she a real good looking and sweet player). For sure I'm not going to go crazy ... it's not a "gotta have".

FWIW: I have known Robert for several years and can attest that he is a fine person with whom to do business. And, as you can see, he isn't a newbie to the board who just signed up so that he can sell something.

3 posts in a little over 2 years! Not very talkative is he? ;)

Paul, thanks the the voice of support. Definately gives me a warm and fuzzy when an active and respected OFC member gives the thumbs up for someone we are unfamiliar with.

Rare and lovely they are and feedback free. I think that the only other glimpse of one of these is in Kid School's' gallery. I am supprised there isn't more love for the present style vipers. Didn't Mike W have the whole 96 family?

But then again, the world isn't ready for musch Ovational thinking.

The auction started and I put a bid on it to start things off, but this isn't scent-marking the turf. Anyone else who is interested should bid away and not hold back on my account.

I have had quite a few of the EA-68 Vipers, but never one with the abalone binding. Very, very cool and equally rare.

Trying to do my part as well, but same as Paul, I have other priorities so I just helped to get the ball rolling a little higher.

Good Luck with the auction. These are beautiful guitars!! I am one of the fellow members who have one, and this is the book guitar if anyone was curious. If anyone has one of the Book Mandolins or 12 strings for sale, please don't hesitate to email me. Thanks!

Play on, Pray for peace!!

Robert, your auction is off to a good start.

If anyone has a Book Mando or 12 string for sale, please copy me on the email you send to Glenn.

Hey Glenn, Which ones do you have out of the series? Send Dave the info for his Book Elite Serial Number List.
