were those original tuners on this and seems to be a pretty wide neck.

12-fret slothead 12-string....custom balladeer????

Yes. Those are kluson tuners which I think were standard on the firdst year or two of pacemaker production. Dave

Jeff is right. I have a 1972 Pacemaker. Mine still sounds awesome.

Looks like someone removed the foil label.
