I sent John B. a list of fifteen items that I was seeking for several 'O' A/Es & 'trics so I could maximize their original condition. Lo and behold, JB batted 1.000!

How fortunate we Ovation fans are in having such a wonderful, helpful and considerate resource!

Here's to John, Kim and the management team that allows such support for their customers...

We'll have to be careful not to pay up all at once, they might never be sober again.

I'll help you BT...I live even closer than you! It's quite a sacrifice, but I'm willing to make it.

I think they should erect a giant monolithic Lyrachord monument in New Hartford... and once a year we could all convene there to walk around it, chanting, lol.

Hmm, I might have stolen that idea from somewhere ... Mecca, maybe? :D

Agreed Johnny, I have had nothing but great experiences with both John and Kim. Wish I could meet them in person and give them a hug. (on second thought, I'd just buy them a few beers) :D

If enough of us gather outside the factory, looking sad and drinking lots of beer, do you think they'd let us in and give us a tour?

Ummm...I could sing "Drill, Ye Tarriers, Drill" until they relent! Or the cops show up...

Shouldn't take long in either case...
