Cool infographics on the topics of authorship/collaboration, self referencing in lyrics, the keys of their music, and their work schedule (of all things).

Here

At first I thought what a crock and that I wasted 45 seconds of my time.

Then I started looking a bit closer. Fascinating stuff.

While I only spent about 5 minutes looking it over I now plan to go back and look in depth when I have some time.

Very nice find gh1!

Interesting. The chart gives 10% collaboration to Lennon for "Taxman", but it was McCartney who came up with the lead when Harrison was unable to successfully play one.

(Lennon and McCartney's lack of support through Harrison's development [as a songwriter] is widely cited as a factor contributing to the band's eventual breakup).
I still like to think it was mostly Ono.

Cool stuff. Interesting to see how Lennon's contributions fell off as the years went on. The Yoko theory has been proven!

Not the Yoko theory....the drug use theory.

In different books Lennon talks about how his drug use caused his creativity to decline and that he would sleep or sit on the couch for days doing nothing. That's when Paul stepped up and basically took over leadership of the group.

The truly amazing part is that they did it all in seven years. A shorter time than the OFC has been around.
