My son in Texas sees a bass amp that he likes at the Guitar Center by him. He's been practicing hard, really enjoys it, is getting good and he deserves it. So I order it on line to be shipped to the store with his name on it. Order says it is accepted and tracking number will be e-mailed when the amp ships. Two days and no e-mail yet. No big deal, it’s only been two days but I’ll go check my bank account tonight to see if they’ve taken the money yet. Hmmmm... They haven’t taken anything but they did credit my account for a little over $160. WTF? I’ve heard all the stories about Guitar Center having their collective heads up their azzes but never imagined they might be this far up there. I haven’t called them yet, kinda interested to see how long it takes them to realize what they did.
Anyone else ever experienced something like this?
