Aside from the scuzzy steel strings, that looks to be in good shape. If it stays that cheap it's a good deal. I don't believe the steel strings have screwed it up because those necks are pretty stout.

That has got to be the most scuzzy set of old strings I've seen on a guitar ad. Along with the 12-string comment, I would be led to believe this guy is not very knowledgeable of guitars.
