Location: Melbourne | So I have been desperately looking all over for a replacement bridge for my Ovation Legend (serial 197598), since mine had a very unfortunate ending (won't go into details).
I have been to and written to many Ovation retailers, they all have no idea. Ovation refers you instantly back to the retailers on their website.
Does anyone here have any idea where I can get this part?

Call the 800 number for Ovation listed on their website and ask for either Kim Keller or John Budny in Customer Service. They'll be able to set you up. |

| I forgot to add - if you look thru the archives on this site you'll see many, many testimonials to the outstanding work Ovation does on repairing/restoring their guitars. I've sent several up for what we call "spa treatments" and they come back as new. Ovation is the only major manufacturer that does that, BTW.
Most luthiers sneer at Ovations, so a major repair like a new bridge might best be left to the folks who built the guitar in the first place. When you talk to John or Kim, you might discuss that option. |

| Oops, you posted your location while I was writing my second post. Shipping the git to and from the US would be prohibitive, so maybe they can just send you a bridge.

I've a few Ovations including a beautiful 1619 Custom Legend
Email Kim or John at the "Mothership" they'll help for sure.
