Location: Canada | Just wondering if the new Ovations are more sensitive to Humidity levels than solid wood Guitars? I am more worried about high levels than lows. Would keeping it in the case offer a bit more protection?

| I have a 75 Ovation and it's not overly sensitive to humidity but if its been sitting for a few days and the weather changes it will be slightly sharp or flat when I take it out of the case - not much but a bit.
I also have a Norman B(20)which is more sensitive to change than the Ovation but it's no big deal.
I always keep my guitars cased when I'm not playing them. Even at a jam if I'm not playing I'll put it back in the case just for protection. |

Cases can protect if extreme low or high humidity
may need humdifier or de humdifier |
