My son (pebblemax was his handle when he was hanging around here) was successfully transported to Germany after being airlifted out of the war zone and initial medical treatment at Baghram. His brothers and sisters were here and we were all able to talk with him on the phone. We were so relieved to hear that he was able to walk a few steps and everything seems to be working OK. He even had a computer brought to him so that he could have a Facebook message posted to my wall saying Happy Fathers Day. I am the luckiest guy on the planet.

Talked to my Dad who is also a thousand miles away. Both stepkids were out of town. Spent the day building a new amp tray/dolly, my third generation attempt. Think of it as the bottom of an ATA amp case with slightly higher sides, all surfaces thickly carpeted, and in a universal size that fits every amp I own with or without a little foam padding, mostly without since the amps sit very snug on the carpet secured by the higher sides. It was a good day.

Bobbo, I am so glad to hear that Max is on the recovery road...what a blessing that is! ![]() Edited by MusicMishka 2012-06-20 8:53 AM
