lol....always sumptin better and I try to do my part!  This one is a 4004cii and is somewhat rare in the big scheme of things.  Regular production model but rarely put into production....small run maybe once or twice a year and when they do show up somewhere they are snapped up immediately.  My local dealer got one in after a two year backorder and called me cause he knew I liked Rics.....when over to check it out and had to take it home!  Looks better in person if that's possible.  Sound wise it is DEAD quite cause of the custom humbuckers.  Gets pretty darn close to the classic 4001/4003 ric sound if thats what you want and can also get a pretty outstanding P-bass sound....big bottom sound.

Gigs are going good and increasing....money ain't bad either for doing something you would do for free just cause you love it.!
