| Hi there ive been looking for a Ovation 2078 lx custom elite countour bowl back I find one in very good condition
In a local guitar shop here in the uk my question is this how much is it worth, it's second hand but in very good condition it's marked up for £1300 British pounds
So that would be about $2000 us dollars is this about right for a second hand guitar of this spec
Thanks to anyone that comments |

But if this a Straight USA Contour-Bowl LX, they were only made in the USA for about a year...
And they still had an MSRP of $1700 or so (I'm guessing).
If it is a C2078LX... That was made in the USA for a bit later, but it still cost close to $2000 new.
Now they are only available as a Custom Order new... So if you want one you gotta pay.
And a Brick-n-Mortar store has to pay rent.
The Korean version still costs a Thousand bux.
Did you try to talk him down, or were you just lookin'?
