Rock Maple Neck is shaped to an offset soft Vee Body is from a Sunburst Maple Viper with added Spalted Maple Top. Does anyone remember that Green Frankenstein Viper body from Ebay afew years back? This is it. Toaster pickups from Artec, with Vol, Tone, Tone and a 3 way. Gold plated Neck Plate. There's a lot of good and a few mistakes on this early Woody but it sounds and plays nicely. Comes with a Soft Bag. shipped in the CONUS $220.00 http://www.ovationfanclub.com/megabbs/photos/photo-thumbnails.asp?albumid=42

I think I relate to the neighborhood dog that's always chasing cars... once I catch em what do I do now? This one is a lot of fun to play and more functional than esthetic. Someone needs to adopt it for a while.

It is not without flaws. It was a concept that I worked on. The chunk missing by the neck and the cracks in the Body are the biggest boo boos. I used Lacquer on the body and Pure Tung Oil on the Neck. Very playable shape, I did spend a lot of time on the adjustments, filing the Nut and Neck shaping. The Pickups are mounted at Neck and Mid, notice no brash Bridge mount. Edited by MWoody 2012-07-17 7:54 PM

If you email me a photo I can repopulate an Album on this site. I could make a facebook site but I'm not willing to see what the world would do with that... ![]()
