I'm guessing it's a US EA-63. I've never seen a picture of one with this finish. I wish someone here would buy it so that I'm not tempted.

Location: Colorado Rocky Mountains | That's a real beauty. Bruce, are those photos of the actual guitar for sale at GC? |

Location: SoCal | Brad, that's the (only) small composite that they showed. The manager said it's a beautiful guitar and that I'll be amazed. He took it in from a Swedish guitarist named Lars that frequents his store. I really needed to see it in person, so I traded my amex# for a tracking#.
A big thanks to Steve for posting it. I've been under my rock lately and never would have known about it. Sorry Steve the percentage goes to the OFC. |

Location: Colorado Rocky Mountains | Congrats, Bruce, but dang it. I was preparing to do the same thing myself. Let me know if it doesn't work out. |

Location: NW Washington State | I have a 1624 and a nice Aria semisolid that more than cover my nylon-string needs, so I couldn't think of an excuse to buy this one.
I found a natural EA-63 with case at GC for $499 a few months ago and it went to another OFC member.

Location: SoCal | Steve, I am usually not a fan of burst finishes. I would have probably been happy with the cedar topped one. I have had/played flame topped EA68s, but a flame top on the 63nylon? ...probably won't be a negative sound wise, as it is alway plugged-in. I guess I grabbed it because the original owner was Swedish and I'm Danish. |
