Location: sitting at my computer | Don't recall ever seeing an Ovation ad featuring Dr. Hook & the Medicine Show... so it seems unlikely that Ovation supplied them with guitars, and yet here they look like an Ovation poster-band! And all playing soildbody electric Os too!! 'nother one of them... "things that make ya go hmmmm???"! If I'm ID-ing 'em right, looks like a Magnum I, a Preacher Deluxe, a Viper and even an elusive white UKII. ... dunno about the maracas |

Location: Corpus Christi, TX | I went to one of their concerts in Perth Australia in the late 70's. They put on a great show, what impressed me the most was the amount of fun they were having. After their encore they announced they were going to the bar at the Sheraton Hotel. I went over there and the fun continued. All in all a good night.
