Location: Glendora, CA | Ok I thought I knew the answer that all USA made Ovations (with the exception of the carbon fiber top Adamas) had solid tops. I have searched high and low on the web for an answer in my search to buy my first USA Ovation but cant find a definative anaswer or list of what is solid or not. newbie question I guess but cant seem to find an answer... |

Location: Sydney, Australia | There were a few unusual Collectors guitars with non-solid tops (the ornate wood they used to get a beautiful effect was not capable of holding the tension by itself). But, for practical purposes, the answer is "Yes". |
