Is it the 'cryogenic treatment of the strings?

Location: Queens, NY | Either he was pulling your leg or you're pulling ours. I'm not sure which. Anyway, I actually didn't just pull E = Environmental out of thin air. I checked juststrings.com, and that's the term they use.
