Location: Delaware | Friends, I know there are guitar building kits available from many luthier suppliers. My question - are there unfinished but fully assembled acoustic guitar kits? I'm not ready to take on the building project because I lack too many tools and work space. I have some ideas for guitar finish that I would like to experiment with. Maybe even just unfinished by fully fabricated soundboards? |

Location: Upper Left USA | Ovation doesn't sell anything ina "kit" or unfinished form. You have graze Ebay and such and locate "candidates" and "donors".
I was able to obtain a pallet load of Cedar and Sitka topwoods, albeit they were outs or discards.
You can practice your skills on those.
