My best to all of you on this Holiday Season.

May you have a Merry Christmas and a Great 2005, which looks like it will be a year for heavy GAS, with all these new Ovation/Adamas reissues.

Also, thanks to Miles and Al for this great OFC place, this is a great board and the best anywhere.

And to all my friends here at the OFC, thanks for all your input and I hope to see you soon.

Warm regards,

Serge ;)

Sergio,

The best to you and yours! Thank you for being a good customer and becoming a friend this year.

And I do hope I can see you in Mexico if my climbing trip materializes.

Merry Christmas!

Serge,
I just bought your latest CD. My wife Pearl and I really enjoyed it. Your CD should be on all OFC member's holiday wish list. Feliz Navidad and a happy and healthy new year to you and your family.

Our local San Francisco radio station advised that the politically correct greeting is Happy Christkwanzukkah.

Don't forget tonight is the winter solstice. A good reason to go home early and curl up with a loved one ... errrr, on second thought, take the guitar outside and howl at the moon.

Seriously, may all the blessings you don't deserve be heaped upon you and help you remember the reason for the season.

When I first saw that Virgin cellular commercial touting 'Merry Christmahanukwanzakah' I thought it was clever. The second time I saw it, the thought struck me that it demeans the religious beleifs of the vast majority of the population of this tiny planet. I know they didn't really intend to make it appear that the Holy days and religious beliefs of major religions are interchangeable and therefore meaningless, but that's really the way it comes across to me.

For the record, I also have an inability to suspend disbelief when watching movies, tend to contemplate the hidden meaning behind the lyrics of popular songs and generally believe that marketing is designed to insult the 'consumer' in such a way that they take it as a compliment. So, before you tell me to lighten up, it's humor...I know.

Feliz Navidad y Prospero Anno, doesn't sound quite right without the accents, but I hope you know that the meaning is there.

My wife ordered your newest CD for me for Christmas today, and I hope to have it soon. I have listened to snippets from it on line and am very impressed. Really looking forward to getting it. I suspect it will join the few CDs that I listen to, as I usually spend my free time pickin' rather than listening. As I get older my listening choices get smaller as my time seems more and more taken up with living, but I am always looking for inspiration. I will review it as soon as I get it, it will be a good review.

Merry Christmas Amigo

Bailey
