Location: south east Michigan | I thank God that hockey is on strike. if only the rest of the sports world would follow their lead maybe some kids will be forced to read or watch the discovery channel or play an instrument.
My oldest son needed some pushing to get through school. However he will watch the history channel for hours.
I think kids who watch a sport would be more likely to play a sport. It's adults who turn it into a couch potato activity.
I'll watch part of a football game when I am over someones house. I'll avoid baseball if possible. But come time for the Red Wings to play and I'll watch if I can. Detroit really likes it's hockey. This strike sucks. :( |
