I poke my head in there almost every time I log onto the site ... but it's a very lonely place. Never seen another soul in there. :(

Miles was going to install new software. I have asked him to do this several times. someone was scheduling a chat for I think wed or thurs evening. That was rather successful for a couple of weeks.

I used to go there but I kept finding myself alone crying out in the void, only to find replies after I had left the playing field. There weren't many night crawlers then, I may try it again.

I just tried it again and I was alone in the wilderness crying out with no reply. But that's OK I much prefer the give and take of the bulletin board. I have to confess that I hate the telephone or anything remotely like it, Mr. Bell forgot to figure out a way to keep someone from calling when you don't want to talk to them. I worked as a Maintenance Supervisor at a large Defense site and every call I had was someone complaining or wanting special treatment (we had 8 or 9 major defense contractors on the site). Since I quit and retired I do not EVER answer a phone unless I have to. Fortunately, my wife does not mind answering as she sees the phone as a link to the outside world.
