I asked the seller about the battery holder.

He said:
"The battery cover is built into the guitar- so no, it’s not missing—I just took out the battery and forgot to close it before I took the picture."

So ??

sometimes those covers are rather difficult to pull over when you insert the battery.

I've settled out for a poor man's baritone ala .076" bass string. Thank you Matt!

My guitar/fun/what's next fund was just decimated by a fuel pump repair job :(
(What is God telling me here?)

Gotta build it back up so I can consider sticking my necks out on a project from Samova!

Good news - one more daughter has moved out and I may be remodeling a music room!
