I swear I saw a promotional commercial for country singer/musician Randy Travis and in one of his videos/performances he was playing an Ovation! Can't remember the song but definitely looked liked an "O" maybe an Elite model with the muti-soundholes.

Saw a pic of Travis from the mid 80's (think it was in a book on Austin City Limits) and he was playing a 1537 Elite.

A few weeks ago CMT aired "Inside Fame" on Randy Travis' life and they showed (breifly) a clip of Randy playing a multi-holed Ovation! I agree with Paul it looked like a 1537. I think it was a clip of when he was still playing the "local" circuit cause when he "made it big" he played Martins and Gibsons :( (He's sill a great talent no mater what he plays!)
