The price is obviously a mistake (should be $13.95). I'm going to contact the seller and see if I can buy it. This is really cool. Just think what you could do through an effects box. I'll keep you posted.

Nils,

Are you plotting a revenge for that Banjerk you posted about the other day?

Or is this the perfect gift for our Grandchildren?

No. I won't be going back over there. I play to have fun & I wouldn't have any fun over there again. It really wasn't all that much fun to begin with, actually. I'm pretty mediocre, but most of the people over there are even worse, except for Dean, & I play music with him every week at his place anyway. I've been hanging around with myself for 56 years now & I know what would happen if that bozo opened his mouth again. There are too many nice older people over there that I don't want to offend & there's too much expensive equipment in the area for what would be likely to follow. I've had it happen before. More than once. Best if I avoid that sort of situation.
I also wouldn't give something like that to somebody's grandkids that I like. That would be a dirty trick :)
I'm going to use it myself when Dean & I are playing at some friends of ours' bar if I can make it sound half decent. For $17 including shipping I'll take a chance on one if for no other reason than I've never seen one before. I always keep an old metal kazoo in my toolbox with my other toys, kazoo's are fun :) So are firecrackers....

kazoos are fun, and so are firecrackers, especially when used together!

back when I was a kid and Atlantic City was full of kooky shops, auctions, carnies, vendors etc there was a guy that set up on the corner of the planter peanuts shop. (they had the best hot roasted peanuts you ever ate, in fact seagulls would recognize those brown bags and attack you.
there was a guy there ( or was it at the mccrory's 5 & 10) well it dosen't really matter. He sold an instrument called a "hum a roo" It was some goofy looking thing that was basically a glorified kazoo. It fascinated me how people would buy these novelites and then literally toss them in the trash down the boardwalk.

I guess I am just in the wrong business.

Yeah, you should concentrate on selling Fenders and Gibsons, instead of quality guitars. Think of the money you'd make!

(In my best imitation of Spot...faithful sidekick to Penry's alter ego...hehehehehehe)
