I'm not interacting with the search mode very well tonight, can y'all help?

Can an OP50 and an OP Pro be swapped?

Wondering the same thing- OP-Pro and OP-30. Also, if I want to upgrade my 30 to a 40 or 50, how do I get the new one?

A call or email to Customer service can accomplish both, but I was going for the fast route on the info.

yes, but you'll also have to switch out the outer casing that holds it.

Thanks.

I'll leave it alone since I wouldn't mess with it without unstringing the CL. I can see good things with the OP50 and the OP Pro. Hard to decide on one or the other.

I inquired about that at this past OFC tour. What I was told was, that the OP Pro would cost about $150, plus I would have to replace the casing which the preamp rests in. That, as I was also told, is extremely easy, a matter of 2 screws. Never followed through, though.

Thanks John. And, thanks John!

Going from the one knob on the 1615 to an OP50 means I will spend some time learning what I need to do. No decision to modify until then.
