Hi, as I wrote some weeks ago, i was lucky to buy me a 2nd hand Korean Ultra. It has the original booklets with it (unfortunately, without dates...), but it says somewhere every Ultra is equipped with the FET or OP-24 preamp.

1. What is the difference between the two and how do i know which one I have?
2. What does this say about the age of the guitar?

Mine has a stacked tone/volume pot with a silver notch on the bowl to mark the zero position. I did not examine the battery compartiment yet, as everything seems to work properly.
