I know there are a few YES fans on this board. So what do you think of Benoit David ???

This was not a total shock to me, as I have actually seen CTTE twice, once in Buffolo and once in Montreal. When I heard the news it was like, "well, Ok than makes sense". He sounds so much like Anderson it's almost spooky, much more so than Horn ever did. Oliver on keys will also be interesting. "Hey Dad, do you think I could borrow your samples and patches for a few months?"

BENOIT DAVID

See Brad, don't give up - It COULD happen. You could be playing in your personal Who tribute solo act and Roger might just see it and call you up to join them on the next tour.

I need to revisit "Yes" and do some catching up while I'm at it.
I saw them at historical Cobo Hall. At the time I was taking the required Humanities class at college. The purpose of the class was to put a little polish and class into a group of hippies. Within the discusions about Bach I tried to introduce the teacher to Yes. A noble but failed attempt.

And... me tour with The Who?? No way. I already got a good gig goin' with FishSticks.

I notice Rick Wakeman is out again. Is he back on the grog?

This kid is pretty good, I just looked up some you tube clips. He also has the right look. He is small and this will work well. I honestly doubt if Jon is capable of doing this that he would bow out of a tour like this one. I seriously think he will have plenty of time to heal.

Rick has some serious health issues himself, all the years of self abuse have not left him the raod warrior he once was either.
It will be interesting to see if (when they do another annoucement) they do a tour. They seem to test the waters with a short tour, and if ticket sales are not solid they cancel.
At least that is my theory. I would like to see these guy's make a 40th tour. Great Band, Great music.
