Ah, the old Metropolitan Nash with no starter, 2nd gear, or reverse. It never moved without a crew to push it and a plan to park it...yet we covered a lot of ground.

VW's you can jump start a sticking solonoid by shorting across the starter terminals. I crawled under a lot of VWs when they weren't on hills. Drove a couple other cars that had to be parked on hills, including one of my Porsches. Nothing more embarrassing than having to push start a Porsche.

Not if you want it...it should always go to whoever will pay the most, kind of like Daley's Chicago political machine of past (and present?).

I'm originally from Jersey...I understand the principal.
Now I'm from Pa....a kinder, gentler place. I've left those old ways behind for good.

I would have beat Tony out of it but that $10 shipping fee just pissed me off...so I passed.

I will see it on Tony's wall when I invade San Diego for a visit.

I wasn't too happy about that either...probably wouldn't have gone over $20 but Suzie was looking over my shoulder saying you need that for the music room (if we move next year). It is all her fault! :D

glad that Tony got it :) You need one of those Ovation lighted guitar sings to go with it? I have ended up with two of them....

Don't let Suzie see it! She's convinced now that I have run out of room on the walls, stands in the hall, etc., we will have to move.

Course, the train set in the middle of the my room doesn't help.
