Location: Wales UK | I have just exchanged a hand crafted Yamaha for an
Ovation Elite, 10 yrs old, finish : Natural
It is in a nice condition and I exchanged a nearly
New Yamaha for it because it sounds just fantastic !!! I am a little curious tho, could anyone give me an estimate as to it's current value....Not that I am going to get rid of it!

An Ovation model number would help. But even then, putting a dollar value on it is very subjective.
To quote Zonker from Doonesbury.... "A critic knows the cost of everything, but the value of nothing"
Hmmm. Maybe you don't get "Doonesbury" in the UK. The quote should work either way. |

Location: Minden, Nebraska | The markets a bit soft at the moment, so it would probably sell on eBay in the $400 - $500 range, but the Cedar tops are rarer and the right bidder might conceivably pay more. Any cracks in the finish obviously lower the value. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it. |

More than ANY Yamaha.
You soon won't care what it's worth to anyone else as you won't want to part with it.
They're just the best darn guitars on either side of both ponds. |
