My first was an Ovation Viper (pix in the gallery under DougoBlue) that I bought from a co-worker. He sold me the guitar, case and a heath kit amp for $360.00 and I could pay it off by giving him 40 bux out of my check each week. I taught myself to play and still own it twenty some years later.

A J. Reynolds Strat copy somewhere in 8th grade. Then a real(well mexican) stratocaster freshman year, begining? Then my Ovation Balladeer this summer, which is leading to my Junior year in highschool. I ruined my J Reynolds, put a not so Eddie Van Halen paint job on it- even though I hate Van Halen.
