Location: Keepin' It Weird in Portland, OR		I finally sorta repaired my 1121-4. It sounds nice, but it is far from a professional repair.

I bought a logo decal on Ebay a few years back from EB user "myguitardecals". Excellent quality.
I believe it was a stock item for him though I don't see any current listings. Might try contacting him through the bay. I might even have an email address in my files if you're interested.

Disclaimer... Iffy is referring to the OTHER OFC members' talent on the CD's.... :D
